Sira Village Grand Outlet Bali Opens Today — Track your flight while you shop at Bali’s First and Largest Seaside Paradise

Sira Village Grand Outlet Bali opens at Kura Kura Bali Special Economic Zone

Denpasar, Bali, July 31st, 2026 – The best holidays deserve a better goodbye. Sira Village, Bali’s first and largest world-class retail outlet destination offers year-round savings on premier brands and introduces a new way to experience the perfect last stop of your Bali getaway.

Travelers can check out of their hotels hours before an evening departure. Sira Village is the ultimate shopping paradise in Bali with live airport flight information displays, enabling guests to browse, dine, and enjoy the island’s celebrated sunset while keeping track of their flight in real time. Combined with a complimentary airport shuttle service, Sira Village transforms what was once idle waiting time into one last unforgettable Bali experience.

Mitsubishi Estate and PT Bali Turtle Island Development join hands to unveil Sira Village, the inaugural lifestyle destination to open within Kura Kura Bali Special Economic Zone. The development represents an investment of IDR 1.5 trillion (approximately USD 85 million) and is expected to generate more than 1,000 employment opportunities, supporting local economic activity and the continued development of the SEZ.

More than 100 premier brands arrive at Sira Village, alongside notable retail firsts, open-air dining, culture, live experiences, and a setting that invites visitors to stay well beyond the shopping.

Sira Village – Alun Alun Indonesia

Kinokuniya opens its first foray into Bali as well as Sira Space offering MAP’s luxury brands collective, alongside global favorites, such as Coach, Kate Spade, BOSS, Adidas, Nike, True Religion, Puma, Lacoste, Steve Madden, and Tommy Hilfiger. Highlighting authentic local character, Sira Village also proudly showcases esteemed Indonesian and Balinese heritage brands including Jenggala and Uluwatu Lace, alongside Alun Alun Indonesia, with many more names set to open in the coming months.

More than just a shopping destination, Sira Village is designed as a complete lifestyle experience. A visit might start with a familiar label and lead somewhere entirely different: through shaded courtyards, past local artisans and Balinese-inspired spaces, over a long

lunch, or towards an unexpected performance. By late afternoon, the pace changes. Music and dance liven the atmosphere, dinner tables fill, and the sunset takes over.

At the Rooftop Terrace Bar, an infinity-edge pool looks out across the tropical landscape – a natural last stop, or perhaps the reason to stay a little longe

Where Place Shaped Design

The idea of a village is carried quietly through Sira Village rather than treated as a theme. Drawing from Desa Bhinneka, or “A Village for Diverse Communities,” its architecture borrows from the spatial language of the Balinese Bale and Natah. Shops sit around communal courtyards, pets and children friendly connected by shaded passages, lush landscaping, water features such as Selah Sea steps, and places made for pausing rather than simply passing through. Reclaimed ulin wood, timber, and locally sourced clay bricks add another layer of local character. The development also incorporates natural ventilation, highly efficient VRF air-conditioning, plastic waste stations, and is currently progressing toward BCA Green Mark Gold Certification

“Bali has always been known for its natural beauty and culture. Sira Village gives the island something it has not had before, a destination where shopping, dining and culture come together in one place, so that spending that might otherwise happen abroad can happen right here, for the benefit of Bali and Indonesia,” said Tantowi Yahya, President Director of PT Grand Outlet Bali.

“Opening our second outlet project in Indonesia, and the first in Bali, marks an important milestone for Mitsubishi Estate Group’s overseas business. Bali is one of the world’s leading resort destinations, and Kura Kura Bali Special Economic Zone offers great potential for quality tourism and sustainable growth. Together with our partners, local stakeholders, and the Balinese community, we look forward to creating new synergy between Bali’s diverse visitors, rich culture, and a world-standard factory outlet experience,” said Toru Hayamizu, Executive Officer and General Manager of International Business Development at Mitsubishi Estate Corporation.

Beyond Opening Day

Sunset Live Music, Sunset Cultural Experiences, and weekend community performances will continue throughout the year, bringing something different to discover with each visit. This Soft Opening offers a first taste of what’s to come, with Hanoman Obong by Bumi Bajra, the Grand Couture Bali Goddesses fashion showcase, Balinese costume

experiences, and the Indonesian Contemporary Art & Design (ICAD) Exhibition. As evening arrives, the soundtrack shifts with live performances by Balawan on July 31st, Pongki Barata on August 1st, and Soulfood on Sunday, August 2nd.

The opening weekend also featured Kura Kura Bali’s celebrated Island Bazaar, empowering Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), local artisans and culinary talents.

From the opening day to August 31st 2026, visitors can enjoy opening-month shopping program, including daily Top Spender Rewards and an IDR 200,000 cashback voucher with a minimum same-day spend of IDR 1,000,000. International visitors can also claim VAT refunds on eligible purchases at participating MAP (Mitra Adiperkasa) brands, a benefit that continues beyond the opening period. Terms and conditions apply.

Complimentary shuttle services are available from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport and major tourist destinations, alongside promotional ride-hailing offers with Bluebird, Gojek and Grab. With Sira Village now open, Bali has a new address for shopping—but also one that leaves room for a longer lunch, an unexpected performance, something local to discover, or simply another reason to stay for sunset.
