Kura Kura Bali continues to strengthen its position as a center for innovation, education, and future-ready collaboration through the ongoing Happy Digital X (HDX) program organized by the Tsinghua Southeast Asia Center (TSEA).

Happy Digital X is a professional education and leadership program that brings together global experts, government leaders, academics, entrepreneurs, technologists, and changemakers to explore how digital transformation can help create smarter, more sustainable, and happier societies.  

Held at Kura Kura Bali SEZ, the program focuses on themes such as smart cities, integrated systems, innovation, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and inclusive digital transformation. Participants engage in collaborative learning, workshops, mentorship, and real-world challenge projects designed to address complex urban and societal issues.  

The program also reflects Kura Kura Bali’s broader vision to become a destination where culture, sustainability, technology, and education intersect. Through partnerships with international institutions and industry leaders, Kura Kura Bali aims to foster an ecosystem that supports innovation, talent development, and meaningful global collaboration.

Happy Digital X has attracted participants and speakers from various countries and institutions, including leading universities and global technology organizations, reinforcing Bali’s growing role as an emerging hub for digital innovation and cross-sector dialogue.
