This development will feature a unique 3+1 stories design, blending Balinese architectural traditions with eco-friendly practices.

Inspired by the concept of “Desa Bineka” - a village for diverse communities – the project will be the first to introduce a luxury outlet shopping center in Bali. Outlet shopping center offer shoppers discounted prices on high-end brands, providing variety of retail options including fashion, sports, kids, accessories, beauty, and many more.  The GOB will include idyllic vernacular streets, photogenic vistas and a myriad of lively activities. Visitors will enjoy vibrant food hubs, panoramic destination bars, and waterfront avenues. One of the highlights will be a rooftop area offering a majestic view of Bali’s sunset, set to mesmerize all who visit.

This project leverages the combined expertise of all parties to ensure the project's success, guided by the Balinese philosophy of Tri Hita Karana, which emphasizes harmony among people, nature, and the spiritual. By fostering sustainable development, this strategic alliance aims to boost Bali’s economic growth and reinforce its status as a premier destination for global commerce and tourism.

The development is expected to boost local businesses, significantly contributing to Bali's economic growth projected 7.7% by 2045. By prioritizing local employment, including from Serangan where Kura Kura Bali SEZ is located, the project will offer valuable job opportunities and support community development. The GOB is committed to sustainable practices and innovative solutions, ensuring compliance with global environmental standards.

Highlighting the local impact and future prospects of the development, Tuti Hadiputranto, President Director of PT Bali Turtle Island Development (BTID), stated, “We are thrilled to take this significant step forward in The Grand Outlet Bali project. This development highlights our commitment to delivering top-tier shopping facilities that will not only boost economic growth but also play a pivotal role in enhancing Bali’s economic landscape.”

Junichiro Kinoshita of Mitsubishi Estate Indonesia and Director of The Grand Outlet Bali emphasized the project’s broader significance. He added, “This development is a testament to our commitment to creating exceptional shopping destinations that integrate seamlessly with the local culture and environment. Our goal is to set new standards in retail development that reflect our dedication to quality and sustainability.”

Following the recent successful Grand Opening of Karawang Outlet Mall (KOM), which offers a variety of brands and an engaging shopping experience, we are thrilled to bring this excitement to Bali with The Grand Outlet Bali, which will be set within a beautifully designed space in Kura Kura Bali SEZ, reflecting the essence of Bali.
