Kura Kura Bali will host the Ecosystem Leadership Program Asia Pacific (ELP APAC) 2025, an international gathering that brings together leaders, innovators, changemakers, researchers, and multi-sector stakeholders from across the Asia Pacific region.
Organized by the Presencing Institute and its partners, the program focuses on developing collaborative leadership, systems thinking, social innovation, and regenerative approaches to addressing today’s global challenges.
The immersive program will take place at Kura Kura Bali on Serangan Island, providing participants with an environment that combines sustainability, culture, nature, and innovation. The initiative aligns with Kura Kura Bali’s vision to become a future-ready ecosystem that encourages meaningful collaboration, creativity, and positive impact.
The program integrates Theory U methodology, social arts, systems leadership, and indigenous wisdom traditions to help participants explore new ways of creating collective impact and ecosystem transformation. Participants will engage in collaborative learning sessions, experiential workshops, dialogue, and leadership development activities designed to foster awareness-based systems change.
Kura Kura Bali was selected as the host location due to its strong commitment to sustainability, regenerative development, and the Balinese philosophy of Tri Hita Karana — harmony between people, nature, and spirituality. The program will also utilize the iconic “Three Mountains” bamboo structure located within Kura Kura Bali as one of its key gathering spaces.
By hosting international initiatives such as the Ecosystem Leadership Program Asia Pacific, Kura Kura Bali continues to strengthen its role as a destination for global dialogue, innovation, sustainability, and collaborative future-building.
